No holes on the 07 or 08.

Default 09 mopar rear tow hook
Just installed on a 2008, purchased new hook from dealer.
Had to drill holes. Fits and looks like 2009-2010's. To get in frame like factory mounts, it's much easier to remove bumper.

All in all easy instal!
