How are they around town with potholes and such?

Either one in a "C" will be fine.

Your gonna be hard pressed to find a unhappy Duratrac owner.

However, The BFG's have proved themselves for years. The tread wear is still an unknown on the Duratracs.

I will say the Goodyear TD's, RTS's and ATS's lasted forever, and the Duratrac's will prolly be better on wet roads.

I run them with about 32-33 psi in them and they ride and handle nicely. I am going to drop the pressure down to 29-30 and try them out also.

Good Quality A/T's that I would consider:

1) Dick Cepek FC-II's
2) Mickey T ATZ's
3) Toyo A/T's

Good Quality M/T's that are just as quiet as most A/T's

1) Toyo M/T - 10 ply tire
2) Cooper STT - 10 Ply tire
3) Procomp X-treme M/T
4) Nitto Mud Grappler - 10 ply
5) BFG KM2's

I run the Dick Cepek FCII, they are quiet and so far shown very little wear after 17,000 miles. I run with the pressure at 32 pounds and the ride is great.
