Once they started doing this I was unable to get them tight enough to keep this from happening. There's also a small loss in groung clearance compared to body mounted ones. I ended up getting a set of A to Z rockers and was happy with them. I'm going with A to Z ones again. My jeep is the guinnea pig for the 4dr. ones. They're still in development though.

Do you have any pics of the A to Z sliders

Default Side steps

I got the steps @ Fortec...ordered anyway. You can get the OEMs at jparts for 265.00 and free shipping. http://jparts.com/product_info.php?c...e88a760253bb4e.
It's a hard decision...nerf bars or factory steps. I figured bars for some side protection.

Here is the reply I got from purejeep

They won't be available for at least a month, maybe 2. Pricing is still
to be established.

Has anyone installed any of the Olympic side steps/rails?

It seems the mopar choices are the only options available.

I got them... and I love 'em. They're Smittybuilt. They are stiff as " F ". I had friends on them, rocking the JK, 'till tires got air...Two guys @ 700 lbs total...My big guy test. I had them on the step part... not on the brace.
Good Stuff!!!
