regear in 33's?
Before regearing you should try these first....
-Use either a ProCal or Programmer to adjust your tire size. This will help calibrate your speedo and allow your trans to shift properly.
-Next try driving around with your OverDrive button off.
If those two don't help and leave you feeling needing more then you should regear. Question, is 33s the biggest tire you will run and not be tempted to move up to 35s? If so then 4.56 or 4.88 will suffice. If not you should go with 5.13s if you are thinking of getting 35s. I have driven with 33s on 5.13 gearing and it wasn't all too bad for my city driving. I loved the added uummpppphhhh it provided...

I'm no expert and can only go from personal expierience, i been running 5.13's with 33's jku auto for about 30k now and haven't looked back for one minute. As mentioned above i have a bit of punch and feels like it should have come this way stock. I'm currently using a procal to correct for the gears and tires, i was getting pinging with the superchip.
I'd say go ahead and try out the 33s and see how you like them first. you should be ok for a while. Anything larger than a 33 may require a re-gear. I'm currently running 5.13s in a 2010 JKU Auto. Definitely worth the re-gear. Especially since I'm planning for 37s in the future.
Whats your current ratio?if your not upgrading to 35's in the future,4.10's would be best performance, mileage or 4.56's for better off road gearing, may lose a bit on highway with slightly higher rpm's
With 5.13's your ring/pinion are thin,plus your rpm's are over 3k
