Subtract a thousand or so for the lockers, and you are in the ballpark for re-gear costs. (higher end, but not out of line. People on the east coast are still posting quotes for over 2k.)

If you want to save some money, put a lunchbox in the front. Or even a truetrac. A lunchbox will be under $300, a TT under $400.

I paid around $550 Yukon 5.13 from northridge and $650 labor for both gear and also the gusset.

 

Where did you get your re-gear work done? Also, what kind of gears were put in? Sounds reasonable to me.
