Well I called predator 4x4 and thy said just shy of 3k plus tax for the whole thing including the larger air compressor. They only have a 120day warranty vs an 18 month 18 k miles warranty from the diff shop for about the same price

 

Crazy ED's wants $2577 for regear, upgraded pump and arb in the back with tax included. That's significantly cheaper. But he's sure that I'll be unhappy with 4.56 and instead says I need 4.88. I really think that will put my Rpms to high at 75 or 80 on the highway
