Default Removing Carpet...

If I choose to remove the carpet, will there be much more noise/heat in the vehicle? I want to ditch it because of the smell factory after fording high water and having a little come into the Jeep...

I tore mine out and did notice alittle extra noise, but you dodn't notice it when the top is off!! I also noted some heat from the floor during the summer. I wans't sure if it was all from just not having carpets any more or because I line-xed the tub so now its black.

It's a noticable difference but not bad. It's well worth the protection... My opinion!
