Question Removing steering stabilizer

So I am in the middle of removing the stock steering stabilizer. I remove the bolt from the tie rod bracket fine. Whe I go to remove the bolt holding on the other end closest to the passengers side tire, the tie bar is in the way. So how do I get the bolt off?

turn your steering wheel to the left and you should be able to get the bolt out.

If the front end sits REAL low like mine did, you won't be able to get it off turning to the left. I had to just jack mine up until the tie rod was out of the way.

Make sure you mark where the braket is currently mounted (the inboard part of the stabilizer) so you know where to put it if you install a new stabilizer...use a crayon/wax pencil.

Sweet. Thanks for all the help. Woods relocation bracket is in along with the Skyjacker steering stabilizer. Looks good, works good. Putting them in was pretty straightforward except I am a big guy with big hands and it was a pretty tight fit. Oh well. Not the first time I busted up my knuckles.
