Take a look at how much 5 38 x 14.5 x 17 MTRK's cost me, you won't feel so bad.

With that many miles on those tires you should be calling Nitto directly and having them buy your old tires and stack of receipts so they can start marketing the tire as a 100k tire. Even with the 20% margin of error you've experienced, they'd still make millions.

It just seems highly unlikely that you'd get so many miles out of a mud tire. They're designed for a heavier truck but going from a 50k mile tire to a 100k mile tire seems crazy unlikely.

But yes- call Nitto first thing tomorrow morning and with your evidence I'm sure they'd send you out another set for free in exchange for your current set and receipts.

I believe you can get more life or mileage out of a tire if you ran more dirt roads than say pavement.

Try being in Canada with the dollar in the dumps... 4 tires are probably going to cost me about 1500 bucks. Or more. And I have 15" wheels.

I got 66,000 out of my stock Rubi mud terrains, running a 4 tire rotation, probably could have gotten another 10-15k out of them if I had continued rotating them properly, or if my factory shocks hadn't worn out around 20,000. I have to say I was surprised that the tires lasted longer than the Rubi shocks.

Yep, in stock configuration before the lift, breather extensions, etc. I did have a set of mud tires, Mickey claws, but they only lasted 40k with street duty and rare rotations.
