Default Rim backspacing

What type of backspacing is usually be running...I found some wheels i like 16x8.5 with 5.5 of backspacing...would this work?

It depends on the size of your tires. I have 5" of backspacing on 315/75/16 Hankooks

If the tire is a 10.50 width, you'll be ok. If it's a 12.50 or wider, you're likely to rub.

ill most likley be running 315/75R16 nitto mud grapplers...

I dont have any rubbing issues with 35x12.5x17s and 5 inch B.S.
