RIPP Gen II Issues
No there are no NEW map sensors - this is still a national issue, however we have new tunes to compensate. The RIPP 3.2 is properly scaled to compensate. Should you ever need to replace the MAP sensor the pre-installed RIPP tune in the tuner is scaled.

Hey Bubba, if you want to drive your jeep today, just go out to the parts store and get a AS220 map sensor. This is out of a 2004-2005 Dodge Neon
SRT4. I was told by Ripp to buy one when mine was defective. It cost $24.95 and will save you a lot of time. The 3.2 tune is compatible with the map sensor. Plug it in, check the baro. If it's good run it. Mine has been working fine.
Now all you'll have to worry about is the other glitches.

Just looking over the kit and read through this thread, could the stock fuel pump and fuel rail be an issue. Does the stock 3.8 have a fuel return? I know on my Celina supercharger build I had similar fluctuations and hesitations first because the pump was not up to par, and second it did not have a fuel return. On a septate build a fuel return system was installed which allowed for a more precise tune. Simply throwing on a larger pump without the fuel return helped a bit but still had fluctuations.

i had the same issues with mine. mine has blown out 4 PCMs. go to the dealer and have them plug it in. I guarantee it has wiped all the drivers out for them 2 banks. dont expect rippmods to help because they wont
"mine has blown out 4 PCMs" - do you mean electrically fried the PCMs (i.e., burned/smoked the PCMs)?
it is a gen 2 kit. the pcms are being fried. the dealership has investigated this matter and rippmods software is what is causing it. the issues it has is it has not power what so ever and runs so rich that it just rolls black smoke out of the exhaust.
However - we have been given the opportunity to send him our newest 2011 solution - he will keep us posted.
