And it begins, is it weird that I am so excited to install these... Just need 48 hours of 40 or 50 degree clear sky weather.

I dont' know if you got your answer or not, but if i'm not mistaken (Don't currently have installation guide in front of me for Intune) but i'm nearly positive that you have to remove any previous tunes or tuners install in the jeep before you can use the Intune that comes with the RIPP supercharger kit and I believe some of the RIPP long tube header kits. I know it is one of the questions it asked before you finish the Intune registration and setup. (Prior to Intune tuning).
Hope this helps. Otherwise I agree you can ask RIPP they can pan that out for you.

I will say the RIPP customer support has been quick to reply and is very helpful.

On the Superchips Flashpaq web page it reads that it is Not recommended to use the Flashpaq w/ long tube headers.
