That's to measure the front and rear lowers. Only adjustable on one end and the bend goes up. Those are the easy ones. I guess I can just pick one and go for it. I'm guessing it might be about a 3/4" to 1" difference. Not sure how much a difference that might make on pinion angle.

Uppers set pinion angle. Assuming the lowers are adjusted so that the bumpstop is center with the bumpstop (or with RK arms) adjusted 1" back.
Set pinion to the desired angle and bolt one side up. Then attach one end of the other arm and adjust out so the holes line up. They may not be the same lengths. It is what it is.

This thread can be used for anything X factor related I don't mind. I call mine an X factor because I basically have most of the components of it. The rear tb bracket I have is the teraflex one. I wanna say the RK one though is bolt on but they recommending welding that peice for strength. It's not mandatory though.

Thanks. Just so long as I can put everything on in my garage, and when I take it to get it aligned I can have the shop do a line of weld if need be.

Yeah u can bolt it on but the two small welds r worth the insurance anywhere you have access to a welder or someone to do it it only takes 5mins (if that) then a little black spray paint and your good
