I'm a little confused, did you grease your control arm joints?

The jam nut is what he was referring to I believe. On the frame side joint. If it came loose or wasn't tight enough then it could have caused the whole trackbar to twist some. If the jam nut on the axle side was tight enough then the heim joint would have twisted with the trackbar causing it to be as it is in the pictures.

Well. Loosen it and readjust and retighten. Bout all you can do. See what happens then. Check all your control arms too make sure they are tight. Could be you had a load on the axle either forward or rear when you did the install. and when you drove it shifted and settled in its current position.

I know might be a long shot and probably not the cause but hey just trying to troubleshoot.

Did you tighten all your trackbar and control arm bolts with your jeep sitting on the rack or jacks or anything, or was it sitting at ride height with wheels on and everything.

Thanks for all the info, as soon as this crappy weather can get right I will recheck everything, the lower CA's I torqued them with the jeep on jack stands, the trackbar I put one side in lowered the jeep on it's wheels played with it till the axle was centered and then put the axle side heim joint in and torqued.
