There is a post somewhere of a guy who ordered and it took 17 months for him to get bumper. They threatened him with the restock fee and 30 % .

True, but in the end, he did receive his front bumper and Road Armor sent him a matching rear bumper free. Granted the length of time and BS he probably went through sucked, they did make things right for him.

Just use a credit card and dispute charge within 60 days if you are experiencing any problems, with any merchant. They will deal with the BS and get your money back if that's what you want, it's pretty simple.
