Hi. I'm having the rock krawler upper and lower controll arms installed on my 2 door. I already have the coils and the coil wedges installed. The mechanic just came out and told me that I stalling the arms will kick the rear axle back an inch (which I already know). He's afraid its going to bind on the springs and cause everything to be too close i. The rear. And the shocks might rub on the track bar. Is this going to happen!

I know a lot of people run this setup. Is there something I'm missing?

Are you running the RK track bar and relocation bracket? If you are piecing together the lift, you may need those when you push the axle back.

I have the xfactor lift and besides using longer rear arms and wedges, you need the track bar bracket and need to move your sway bar back an inch too.

Are you doing all of that?

Pushing the axle back an inch means other components are now closer. Also, you rear sway links will now be at an improper angle so you have to unbolt the rear sway bar, measure one inch back from each hole (2 on each side) and drill new holes. The X-Factor lift is sold with new self tapping bolts that are used for this purpose.

If you happened to buy the longer control arms from RK to push your axle back...you need to understand everything that is needed when this is done.

Can't tell from your pics but you do have a track bar relocation bracket right? You can see the one I have in my first pic that is bolted and welded on.
