I have done some more research I have to change my vote and give it to OFFROAD EVOLUTION. They can be used as a hi lift point and can be used as a step(plus for the wife). Not to mention that they are weld on and all products from ORE are indestructable

Mine are on the way so stay tuned

Default mopar

mopar's rock rails are great - no cutting, no welding, easy to mount, not too bulky, go from front to rear fender and slide on the rocks without a hitch.

sorry i don't have a cleaner photo!

so when you say "that they are weld on" what do you mean? because on there site and even on northridge4x4's its says bolt on? Im interested in these also but sadly dont have the welding know how to do anything like that. Does anybody have anymore pictures of these?

I just called Evo and they verified that it is indeed weld on. But they are rock rails that mount to the frame, not the same as the PJ ones that mount to the body.

You can find someone who works with a MIG welder. That shouldn't be too hard.

Weld on or bolt on to the frame is stronger than bolting on to the body. Having that said the PJ has done a great job with theirs where the stiffness of the PJs is comparable to the weld/bolt on. From what I hear its a nightmare to get the PJs installed.

The EVO rock rails you just weld on to the frame. I ordered mine along with the EVO rock guards. Besides the fact I think the EVO RR are stronger they look bitchin too

I dont see an issue with the weld on style, I just prefer the PureJeep mounting style, protection and clearance.

they are not a nightmare install, you just need patients, its not a quick install like some.

IMO, they are just as strong as weld on,
