i've never had an issue with mud, then again. I dont going mudding. I drive around it.

This is not an issue at all on the PJs, the mud doesn't cake on it...I mean it can get mud on it, but any rocker will. I've never had an issue with getting mud all over the place with them. I like the LODs as well though. I have never heard of rust issues with them.
