My point of view:
# Strong enough to lift the Jeep with a Hi-Lift, and to stand getting hit by rocks.
# Frame mounted. I think that this is the correct place to mount rock guards, and not the body.
I also see no reason for drilling holes in the body.
(Have you ever seen a jack lifting a Jeep by the body?... you'd use an axle or the frame for that.)
# Good quality material, welds and finish.
# Bolt on installation, no welding. Welding is unnecessary when there are very good bolt-on rock sliders.
My search led me to conclude that Shrockworks are among the strongest and best made, and worth waiting for.
