Dang, hurts to look at that. Rocker damage is not anything I hope to ever deal with....cuz seems like it will never be the same again. Is the top of that (right under the door seam) pushed in as well, or just scraped up? If that is not pushed out of shape, you could get by throwing some PSC or other rocker armor over it and calling it a day. It's a little hard to tell in the picture if the top portion is bent out of shape or if it's just that deep gouge.

The door still opens and closes. I am just wondering if that Center piece is replaceable.

I'm pretty sure that is part of the tub. I have a few dents in mine also. I just went to an auto parts store and had them mix me up some paint to match. Battle Scars!!! Maybe get some rocker skins and some rock rails that stick out to protect it.

I agree, I dont think that is going to be easily replaced. I can say I've used the color matched spray paint from Quadratec and was happy. It's just a 5oz can and it's not cheap for what you get, but it is a perfect match. If right under the door isn't messed up, some rocker armor should sit flush with the body line and cover up the dent like it was never there.

That piece is not easily replaced as it is a part of the tub. You can get ahold of jeep salvage yards and see if they'll sell you that chunk then graft it in but you'd pay dearly for it. I've got a friend that did something similar. He's since straightened it as best as he could, rustproof painted that area, and covered it with JCR's sliders. With their sliders you're guaranteed not to see that type of damage again.

I'd say clean up the rust, paint it, and get some rock sliders and/or rocker armor.
