I like both of them but the LOD wins my vote. Mine should be here in a week or two.

Two door and I look a different direction than either of these and go with the expedition one, where the tire carrier swings open with the tailgate. With a 2 door you just end up using the tailgate a ton more than with an unlimited, and it would become cumbersome moving both the tire carrier and tailgate each time you needed to get back there.

I have a two door and the LoD... I agree with JPop that you use the tailgate a lot and its a PITA to unlatch everytime...

However, for the looks I love my LoD... Granted, its been there only for a week, but I took my time installing it to make sure that I had no rattles whatsoever...

I've seen a lot of the Rockhards in Mexico, part of the reason I went with the LoD w/lights...

Bottomline, I would suggest an LoD. I'll take pics if you want me to...

I really like my Purejeep. Solid build and quiet.

Yep I think I should go with something like that. We use A LOT the rear gate because we have two dogs.

have the rock hard and like it just fine, but if i had to do it again i would do the lod because i like the back up lights in the bumper. im currently installing the evo rear armor and loosing my back up lights if i had the lod i would still have some. i also like the stilling more. i have had my rockhard for 2 years now and still works great and it has taken lots of abuse.
