Are they making one for the JK yet? when I was looking I saw they made some kick butt baskets but none for the JK...and hence why I didn't mention it.

Buttttttttttt if we're gonna mention maybes....Might wanna check into the *Defender* series of racks: forget if thats the maker's name or just the model: but some kick butt things for sure.

Lastly...another: Kevin's off road..... wasn't making 'em yet for the Jk when I looked but had about 100% what I was wanting in a rack system....it was either Kevin's or JK racks of Texas that it came down to: then I found Kevin had no JK models....Texas was outta my range. Only after I bought the Garvin did I discover the defender series: I might of went that way but I dont recall thier prices or if they had one yet for the JK: they DID however have a cool little LADDER for the set up

Default Kargo Master for me as well....

I also went with Kargo Master Kongo Cage.....
Easy install (easier if I had had another person)
So far, I have had my kayaks, my Thule bag, and, at one time, 38 5/4 8 foot decking boards strapped to the top with no problems.
This is a STRONG rack!
The extra clearance between the rack and the roof looks a little strange, but when the soft top is folded back, it fits perfectly.
Very little wind noise on the interstate.

I really like my Warrior Rack, just have to be carefull not to over tighten the bolts and pinch the side of the Jeep like I did.

Rear cross bar has light tabs that work as a good place to mount a Hi-Lift, the front bar also has light mounts.

My Warrior rack comes in next week. Could you loosen the bolts a little and pop your panel back into place? I don't want that to happen, but if I do, just wondering if it can easily be corrected.

Do you have any pictures or links tothis product?

I cannot find it searching the Yakima site.

I've had the Wild Boar for about 2 months now. I did have to paint the bolt heads as someone on here mentioned, as they got some surface rust (they provide paint for that) but we spent the last 10 days traveling around Colorado and camping out of it with a large Autohome roof tent on there and it was virtually silent off road and plenty sturdy with everyone sleeping on top. I'm really happy with it.

Hey man, I've been diggin for the same info for awhile.

Found it to be the Yakima LowRider MAX. I came across an article that showed it installed with a bikini top and it clamps onto the sport bar itself.

Check it out. (you'll have to copy & paste into your browser, non-sponsor but good info)

I like the set up but the basket seems a little narrow (small)! I think the Defender basket with the Baja light bar would be a great set up on the JK! Now If I could figure out a way to mount the sucker to the rollbar.... Maybe I will try Fourtreks mounts.

Good looking JK though...
