Yeah but that basket doesn't have to be the one you use. The main reason I want this is to run my yakima bars to tote my tandem kayak and use my existing bike racks. If I get the added bonus of being able to sport a roof rack with my soft top~

I'm planning on checking this out at a local dealer first to be sure it will fit. I'm wondering if anyone on here has used these?

Hey that looks great......does it bolt to the rear bumper? also do you think it could carry 3yaks up there? Where did you get it for 330? Thanks

Good looking JK though...
I would love a rack for when the top is off. Do you know what parts I need for that rack system?

I don't know what is all involved on that system that is just a click free pic from scottrock's earlier post of this rackoutfitters.blogspot.com/2008/03/jeep-wrangler-with-lowrider-max-and.html.

I will more than likely be going with FourTreks roll bar mounts to help attatch the cage to the bars..

Without a top?
Or one that will mount to the rollbars?

The is what I am looking to get with some quick connects so it can easily be put on or taken off. If you look close at this pic you will notice that the dark colored vehicle is a JK and that is their 4dr roofrack..
I am looking to run the set up that is on the red vehicle
