Ok so I just pulled off the shocks totally and it got a lot softer and I checked the part # for the shocks and the are for a jk with a 4" lift. But what I also noticed is that my trac bar is hitting the top of my diff cover on the front side.

Thats not good...it shouldn't be touching your dif anywhere. Take a pic of your front end at rest from the front and side...

Red suspension parts tells me its in fact a rancho lift.. Not an RC lift... Just saying...

According to their install instructions the heim joint should be used at the frame bracket and the bushing on the axle braclet.

It really is a RC lift. The springs and trac bar were powder coated along with the inserts in my wheels. Thank you tons for the pic. I found out that the shop that put the lift on from the previous owner put the bar in upside down.

I went to the shop that did the lift and they said it was an RC lift but now I don't know. :( here is the pic of her on the ground.

Yep thats upside down... That will create compression issues no doubt! Flip it over and throw your shocks back in on setting 1 to see how it is. Looks like an rc trackbar.
