For a 2.5" lift control arms are unnecessary, as the stock ones should be fine. I am running the RC 3.25" lift with stock arms, and she seems fine to me. Although, beyond what RC gives you o bought Crown brake lines, JKS trackbars, and JKS bump stops.

Brake lines probably not. However, the track bar links might be something you want to keep an eye on. Off-road the fronts are disconnected, so the probably isn't so much for people who off-road, but rather for when you are on-road.
You will want to make sure the track bar (where it meets the links) is about horizontal. Anything south of horizontal could cause your track bar to flip around backwards under the right situations.

I adjusted the steering wheel myself. I just went back this morning and loosened all the arms, track bars, sway bar links and bounced the jeep around then re tourqued them.
I noticed that when I put the lift in the rear was lower than the front. I had some 1" rear spacers around that I put in and it leveled me out with the front. Its going to drop again when I add the tire carrier and tire (bumper is already there). I am heavier in the rear since I only have a bumper up front (no winch)
