RR powered top!
OK, I don't plan to buy this as I agree with all of you. But there is a counter point. It can get fairly rainy here in TN and there are some really pretty days temp wise where I would like to run the top down, but it is too cloudy to risk it on the drive to work. I would love to know I can run the top down and if it starts raining, I can quickly raise it up without having to put the top up, then attach the windows, the zip up the rear window. You know the drill. It isn't a problem until you are wearing you nice work closes getting rained upon....
If you live in a climate where it rains frequently and have mad amounts of money that you aren't willing to just mail to me, then this could be cool...

I've been wondering when Chrysler would offer something like this. They probably helped in the R&R.
I bet in the (near) future the latest model Jeeps will all be hard tops. You will be forced to purchase something like this to have a soft top. I may just keep my '08 forever.....

You build/engineer something like this just because you can. There's a market for it, I promise. Mall crawling barbie dolls will want this to be an option and, frankly, I don't mind staring at mall crawling barbie dolls... no matter how many times the girlfriend slugs me in the arm.
