Default Rubi locker quit. Question though

Have a rubicon 44 front with RCV shafts and new gears installed but the lockers not working. Can I upgrade to an ARB locker and keep those shafts and gears?

Did it stop working right after you had the shafts and gears installed?

You need to buy the 35 spline stub shafts for an ARB to work with RCV's

Gears yes, but an ARB would need 35 spline shafts. I think you can get a 30 spline OX locker for the rubi housings?

If the locker stopped working during the gear install, have them check the plunger position and the wires.

Not sure about the arb but yes you can get the ox locker for stock spline count.

. Shafts were there and had to change gears due to faulty axle seal and overheating the diff. When opened gears had chipped teeth. I think the locker had quit before then anyways.

Does ox make air lockers or just those manual ones?

Ox makes a locker that can be activated via manual cable, air, or electric. Same locker, you choose how to activate.
