Post Rubicon Express vs Rough Country

Ok guys quick question:

Out there is 2 options for about 3.25" lift and then the 3.5" lift

After getting the steering stabilizers, shocks, and everything needed:

http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_jk_3.html -- runs about $500

http://www.rubiconexpress.com/SuspensionSystems/Product.aspx?part=re7122 --- runs about 900 after getting the steering stabilizer and shocks as well.

My question is due to the price difference, and RC being about 1/2 the cost of RE, is it worth twice the price in the long run getting Rubicon Express over Rough Country?

Thanks

I had a teraflex on my TJ and offroaded it very hard and I was very happy. I have owned two JK's now, a 2 door and now my unlimited and have used the Rubicon Express on both. My JK has not seen much trail duty since its an everday driver at this time, but the RE kit looks and feels top notch like my teraflex was. The ride is better than stock but that could be due to the monotube shocks.

That RC lift is kinda weak IMO. All they did was include a .75" spacer with the 2.5" coil lift that people keep complaining about not giving a full 2.5". I am not blasting them or anything, cause they are helpful to their customers... but that is lame to me.

Just checked your link for the RC and the lift is only $379.99 on the website that's a big difference from $900. If you're mostly going to be on road I say go with the RC and put the savings toward other mods. I you're going to spend 900 why not just save up a little longer and get a long arm kit or something like that with all the goodies

what size tires you wanting to run? 35s? Have you looked at the 2.5" teraflex coil lift? Everyone that has it loves it. It will give just over 3" front and just over 2" rear. Great level ride over 35s IMO.

when i was choosing my lift it came down to RE and Teraflex, I got the tera and i love it, great product with great customer service.

but ive only herd good about RE when ive herd mix about rough country. it depends on how ur going to wheel but Rubicon Express is probally a better chocie in the long run imo.
