have you tried disengaging it while on the flat? disengage and the re-engage, sometimes it takes a couple of times

This is what I'll be doing after I get it reconnected. No more messing with the e-disco. More hassle than anything at this point

Yes I have. But I'll mess with it some more. I just want it to reconnect than ill get manual disconnects and call it a day.

We have a 2010 jku Rubi Auto. When the sway bar ligth flashes it means that the Sway Bar still connected. When the light stays ON it means that the sway bar IS disconnecrted. That how it Works in our jeep. Also, you have to be in 4 Wheel drive to for the Electric disconnect to work, unless you have a programmer to over ride the Factory Settings.

Have you check the plug on the E disconect(electric motor) ?

Like Unpluging it and pluging again ?

Same thing happened to me, I disconnected the battery for half an hour reconnected it and it was all good haven't had a problem since
