Well i started disassembling them for cleaning and such still waiting on bushing.
The Johnny Joints for the Uppers Need to be rebuilt.
I can believe something with less then 6k on them and 2 wheeling trips are this bad.
Rusty's is pretty much no help at all there answer to everything was they are rebuildable so you should be fine.

I will never purchase another product from them again.
The person doing tech support whenever you ask him a question he has to put you on hold and ask someone.

Update 12/04/2011
Rusty is now involved we spoke on phone and he seems very concerned over the issues.
Rusty Said "We will get this resolved"

I have never experienced what you describe with their service or equipment. I would hope the rep for Rustys will respond to this thread and address these issues/concerns.
Being my next purchase are front LCAs, I am subscribed.

Forum consensus is to stay away from radius arms.

I too am seriously looking at the Rusty's lift and was thinking of purchasing the advanced kit with the control arms. Is this going to be a waste of money? Should I purchase the basic kit and use the extra money on another upgrade or on someone elses control arms

I can highly recommend the 3.25 lift. Repnia runs their arms. I will most likely run RK arms. I really like them. Abuse proof.

Dude...I run their lift and have never had issues with it or service. This bothers me. My next purchase is arms and I will talk to our rep about this because I am leaning towards RK.
PM him. Hope it gets resolved!

Things happen in manufacturing I understand this. Im not a novice about cars or performance enhancements.

The tech I spoke too said they never have troubles with bushings, I search here and on a few other forums and there were many posts.
Just Frustrating thats all Id be happy with Just Lower arms I will never consider a radius arm again.

I was doing some research and called Clevite and he was the rep for Rustys.
He could get me some of the info I needed but evidently he emailed Rusty.
Rusty Just sent me a email. Communication is now open finally.
