I checked out the Bilsteins and I'm gonna get the 5100's. They say on their website either "for lifts up to 3" or 3.5" and above(long arm) Since my lift is 3.25 I'm not sure which to order.

I would go with the 3.5", you usually get more than the advertised amount of lift with the Rusty's springs.

Go with the 3" to 4" shocks. It will net you more than 3.5" with that lift

Anyone know of any issues with the Rustyz 3.25" basic kit and the 12's? I'm hopefully getting my '12 this weekend and really like Rustyz.

Shouldn't be a problem but you will need an exhaust spacer. I run this lift on my 07 and am happy with it

Are you running stock shafts and control arms?

I would vote for the AFE y pipe in lieu of the spacers. The AFE y pipe moves the exhaust to the other side of the cross member.
