I just bought my Jeep and it has a 3.25" Rusty's lift that was installed when new. (2007) I'm looking to buy newer/better shocks for it and I'm not sure what size to get. Steering toward the Bilstein's from what I'm hearing on here. Any info would help me out alot. I'm kinda new to this stuff

If you are looking for a great ride at a reasonable price. Bilsteins are the way to go! You won't be let down! Only shocks that are better IMO are king and elka, they are also very very pricy, but worth every penny. Bilsteins are the way to go if you are not trying to break the bank!

Had my 3.25" on since November 2010 and have been very happy with it. Just had to replace my front ds due to contact with the tranny pan.

Does this kit level the front or does it still have rake?also how long you have it installed and have you had springs sag?

My Jeep seems to have leveled out nicely with the kit. But I also have a pentastar which I believe is lighter than the 3.8l.

It does help level it but if you plan on adding a winch and bumper I would add a 3/4" spacer

I installed Rusty's 3.25 lift in June 2009 and have about 20k miles on it now. These miles include a good mix of on and off road driving. Personally I feel it drives better than stock. I did add Rusty's lower control arms with flex joints, crown extended brake lines, Rustys rear swaybar links and Currie bumpstops after my first wheeling trip.

I have used Rusty's products on both my KJ and JK and have always been happy with the price, quality and customer service.
