Default Rusty's sway bar links

I recently purchased a set of rusty's sway bar links (front quick disco's and rear extended links). None of the bushings were pressed into the links and before I squeeze them in there is there anything I need to know? Do I need to grease them? Is there an easier way to do this than forcing them in with a vice or clamp?

Their shocks came like that as well for my lift kit. Total pain in the butt to get together. I had to use a massive vice AND lube the brushings to get them together. Getting just the rubber part in wasn't too bad, but then to get ther metal tube in, you needed a vice. I tried using a hammer but it wasn't working. Putting the metal tube in the rubber first and then inserting it wasn't any easier...

They make great stuff, but most people don't have huge vice's lying around, making at home installation difficult at best.

Any suggestions on what to use for lube?
