Question Is it safe to drive with wheel spacer?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and just ordered a unlimited Sahara with 18 inch wheels. I know very little about modifying Jeeps. I kind of like the wheel-out-of-fender look. So I plan to add Spidertrax Wheel Spacer WHS-010 on the stock wheels. Just wondering if it will affect anything else and be safe on the road?

I installed Spidertrax 1.25" spacers as soon as I got my
JK, 2700 miles no problems.

i wheeled the hell out of some 1.25" ebay spacers for a while on my TJ. torque them down right, then a couple weeks later loctite and torque them again (in case there is any metal compression) and you'll be good.

I ran ebay spacers on my TJ for 4 years without any problems, now I have ebay spacers for the JK and plan on running them.
