Here are pictures I just took: a profile with the rake shown, not the best quality and I think the concrete might not be level. a picture of the brake line bracket from above, a pic of the left rear and a pic of the right rear. These are to show how the Brake line bracket and sway bar connectors were installed.

Checked the front to see if it had those spring spacers and it does, but it seems that on the coil the bottom two levels are smashed together....could this be causing the sag?

Well your swaybar links are installed wrong and so are the rear brake line extensions. The swaybar links are to be installed on the inside both top and bottom or on the outside if you have clearance. The rear brakeline brackets are flipped around the wrong way. Also it looks like the installer didn't put in the bolt that goe's through the rear factory trackbar bracket and into the TeraFlex track bar bracket. Looks like there's some welds on it? Who ever is your installer failed to installed your kit correctly, I would take your JK back to them and get them to fix it.

So suggestions? Take it back to them, what would do I say? Also don't believe I got any kind of warranty of work in writing.

And a possible answer to the weld...they told me that it would be stronger than that bolt, is there a possible fix to this?? As I have previously stated I am a total novice at anything mechanical, and learning as I go. I feel like they took me for one here.

Really feeling sick to my stomach right now. This is all fixable correct?

That sucks. This is why I installed my own lift. Can't trust some shops. I can't believe they welded something without checking with you and completely ignored the directions apparently. Make them fix it or bring it to a more reputable installer for peace of mind and see if you can get back some of the installation fee.

Something funny about all of the is that the company that did the install is a retailer for you Tera Flex. Shouldn't they have installed it correctly?

Company name is Atomic4x4 in Cedar Park, Tx just outside of Austin, Tx and they have a website.

Just because someone is a retailer for ANY manf. lifts, doesn't mean they can't F'up a lift. Alot of shops are retailers for several lift manufacture's. I'd take it back and tell them to bitch slap the monkey who installed it and get someone who can actually read the directions install it. I'd also request some pics from members here to show the correct installation of said parts, and sit outside their shop bay with the pics and hold them up for them to see. That's me though.
There's a reason why most of us install our own shit, this is one of them.

I'd like to see some more pics of the rear trackbar bracket welds. For the most part I think it will be fine, but still want to see pics of all the welds they did on it. I would like to see pics of the front coils, swaybar links also.

TeraFlex is not responsible for a installer/shop failure to install TeraFlex product correctly.

Joe sent me a new set of front springs but no difference in height. I reluctantly added a 1" spacer in the front to level the jeep out. Still stock bumpers. I was just like you , very unhappy with the TF lift. All the other threads talked of the jeep being level after the install. So what is going on with Teraflex? I will say however that David at Northridge has been great. I can't get an email from Joe at Teraflex.
Try sending another with no pics. TeraFlex's email/network has had issues in the last 2 weeks. I promise I am not ignoring anyone who is having issues with any of TeraFlex's product.

Here's the pic you sent me of your coils.

Compared to the one that ECHO posted:

I'm not seeing alot of differance between yours and these as far how much the coils are compressed. Can you take some clearer photos with a camera and not a cell phone?

Love TeraFlex and the access to customer service like this amazes me, so thank you! Will get u pics soon. Wasn't blaming TeraFlex if it seems that way, sorry. Just concerned about my beauty. Again thanks to all that help and by the way talked to the shop guy today and we are scheduling a day to get it fixed.
