Default Sand dunes and a e-locker

Y question is this , I live in arkansas where their is rock climbing , trails ect. I just drove to Colorado to go to the sand dunes i should leave my locker unlocked right? I was told not to go over lick 10 mph with it locked and I have heard going thru dunes that you need speed. I have. A'08 with 3.73 auto and i run 295/75-18 nitto terra grapplers , and the new 4 pin eaton e-lockerI do have a compressor to refill after air down. Any input, thoughts would help

You can run your eaton locked in the dunes. 4 hi and have a blast. That's the beauty of having selectable lockers. Your not stuck just using them in 4 lo with a governed speed like a rubicon.

Dont forget to air down. In deep sand you should always want a wider footprint. As already stated, in 4hi you can go as fast as you want with the locker engaged. Locker or not, the best thing to do is to air down a bit.

Yes dunes are about speed. I live in michigan and frequent the silver lake dunes. Air down and get speed. My truetracs are awesome in the sand.
