Now, what about us auto drivers?

Anyone know of a way to adapt something like the above to our needs or of something equally cool? Not really wanting the drake billets (they are nice, but I want something unique) or the typical hand grenade bs.

 

I see there are some adapters out there in looking... but also see they appear to be metric threaded? Won't fit?
