Default Shock length with tf leveling

I have a TF leveling kit and it seems that now my shocks need to be longer. What length for 2008 2dr?

I too have the TF leveling kit, and think I need to do something as well.

I was thinking of just doing the shock extentions in the front & leaving the back alone. Don't think the 1" in back will make a difference, but the 2" up front needs to be addressed.
OR
Just get 2" over afternarket shocks all the way around.

Thoughts?

I emailed Dave at Northridge for his opinion. Will let you know.

With 2 inches, you need shocks extensions

I emailed Teraflex about upgrading to aftermarket shocks with this kit the other day. They recommended oem rubi shocks if I wanted to firm up the ride. They said if I went with longer than stock length shocks I would need to use extend bump stops and brake lines. I had not installed it yet and ended up returning the kit to Teraflex. David at Northridge4x4 has since hooked me up with a TF 2.5 BB and OME shocks. Amazing customer service, Northridge4x4 is awesome.

I don't get it, why would you need extended brake lines if you are changing the shocks? You don't need extend brake lines for the 2" lift, so why would changing the shocks make that much of a difference?

I think, someone jump in if I have this wrong, it's because the longer shock will allow the axle to travel lower and might stress the brake lines without brake line lowering brackets.
