I have the Rancho 9000's, the ability to adjust them to how you want it to ride is very nice. They can be adjusted from really soft to quite firm in seconds, this comes in handy when the jeep is loaded down for a trip. Running them full soft during normal street driving gives a nice plush feel to the jeep. These have been on our jeep for about 14,000 miles, very happy with them so far. Guessing most haters are familiar with the old 5000's which were quite harsh.
