Default Which shocks should i use

i have heard many things about shocks but no one has a definite answer. i was gonna go with skyjacker but everyone that has had a jeep says they make shitty parts. i need shocks but dont know which ones to get. ive narrowed them down to two choices Bilstein 5100 or the Rancho RS9000XL im also getting my lift kit put in at the same time its a 2in lift.

Shocks are a personal choice thing. But you do get what you pay for...
I have the BDS gas shocks made by Edlebrock, but there are a lot of good shocks out there, Bilstein, Fox, I've heard good things about the Teraflex shocks, and the Rubicon brand too, There is a lot of good shocks out there, and there are some not so good ones too, every body will have their pick, just make sure you get the best you can afford and use the gas shocks.

Ive used both shocks that you want to choose from. I have nothing bad to say about either one. If it was me I would go with the bilstiens tho. I like them just a little bit more

I have always run Rancho's. I like the RS9000's due to the ability to adjust them. Just stay away from really cheap shocks...they tend to blow seals and ride real stiff.
