I always thought tenneco that makes rancho also makes procomp....?

So, research is telling me most likely procomp shocks are from Monroe which is part of tenneco.

I think the shock manufacturing business is incestuous. Just a handful of companies making a lot if different private labels to a particular brands specs.


Perhaps like AEV selling their bilsteins under an AEV label rather than bilstein.

And some using Monroe too. Pro comp 3000 are stiff, 1000 and 9000 are good. Have used them both on other rigs.
