Only real downfall to a long arm is the amount of work required to put one on. You have to cut off all the factory suspension mounts, so there is no turning back once it's done.

They are better in every way compared to a short arm, or factory arm lifts.

If you have any questions feel free to ask me, PM or call.

If youve never welded before the install will be your only downfall, that is unless you get the new EVO bolt-on long arm coming out soon, in which case there are no downfalls imo

I just installed my long arm (Teraflex) last month and the drive is better than stock. I am hitting the trails next weekend and I will let you know how great it is. I installed mine with no help and it took 26 hours so plan ahead. I can offer some short cuts or info on how I did it.

Full Traction also has a long arm that is bolt on in case you want to get it before the Evo is out.
