short, long or mid????
I am filling my penny jar for the EVO kit in the future, but there is no "free lunch" in modifications and that includes the LCA kits.
There has to be some cons, even if they are small or not important to you and the long time owners of these kits can probably comment.
One that I would be concerned with are the bushings. Longer arms are going to put a lot more stress on the bushings so they may require more frequent maintenance. The bushings are problem on some SCA kits.
The longer arms will also change the geometry as the suspension flexes so other component may be affected, including stress on the frames.
At the very least the ol' reliable 3.8 is going to have huff and puff a little bit harder.

I think it all really comes down to how high you are going to lift it. The JK already has relatively long arms compared to the TJ's. I think the real advantage of long arms comes into play when you are around 5" of lift or more. Otherwise I think it's a big waste of money. But that's just me...
However, if I had enough money I would get a long arm kit with the EVO setup!!! It's suspension travel puts those long arms to good use!
