Yes they are. Here is what I did.......

1. removed brackets from light housing
2. trimmed housing to fit inside 3" PVC plumbing cap
3. cut back of cap for wiring connection
4. cut hole in cap for mounting bolt
5. installed mounting bolt
6. test fit everything
7. painted cap
8. installed light into cap and secured it with 2 short #10 screws into each cap
9. installed on Jeep using factory connections and mount on stubby bumper

All in all, it took about 2.5 hours of actual work to make everything work correctly. Now that I've done it, I think I could easily do it an about an hour. It cost my nothing as I had everything already, but if you had to buy the cap, paint, and bolts, I would guess it would cost $12-15.

Sometime in the near future I will purchase better quality aftermarket lights and install these backward behind the front stubby bumper as rock lights, but for now they work great. There are a couple of photos of the lights in progress posted here if that helps...... http://www.texasoffroad.net/gallerie...JK-JUNK?page=1
