Side rail/step recommendations....
I don't think so but I'm not positive. They cover enough of the body so I doubt you would need both sets of rails. <img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=555120"/> <img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=555121"/>
Those look exactly the same as Smittybilt SRCs.
OP... as the most qualified person here to answer your question (I'm 5'4").
If not wheeling, then the smittybilt SRC or their duplicates in the quote above from ebay are the best cost effective sliders. I think they look pretty awesome as well.... but....
They suck if you are going to play on rocks. They only have two support legs, so they would get pushed in in the middle on impacts. Note, this only happened if banging your jeep around like I did.
As steps though, they are awesome... lots of platform to stand on.

I suggest the ACE rails they work great as a step for getting up into the jeep and protection if you ever do decide to play on rocks.... Easy bolt on too... And work great just came back from Moab. Also they're great for helping with putting up and down the soft top. SORRY ABOUT THE IPHONE PICS HAVEN'T FOUND A CLOSE UP YET :(
Another vote for the bolt-on ACE. It fits perfectly under the Rubicon OEM rails, which I'm also using.
My wife and 7 years old son get in and out of my Jeep without any problems even after I added the 2.5in lift.
I went to LOD bolt on sliders that were also welded on.
I do not recommend them if you play hard (really hard).
The rear most leg is to far forward and allows the rear of the rail to flex up into the body.
Im going to weld an extra leg in to give them extra support, because no other slider is as good a step.

Another vote for Ace. I went with them as they were the right mix of cost, ease of install, durability, and my 9, 7, and 3 yr old sons can get in with little help now. Oh, and my wife too, when it let her come along.
So check out these. I bought them for the same reason.
