Skid armor for my '11 rubi 2dr manual???
Okay forum jeepers... All mods done except for under armor skids... I have limited knowledge here... Want to cover the underbelly and utilize the stock rubi protection... What skid plates/protection is recommended? Good kits out there w several pieces? Thanks for the feedback, will also continue to search the threads.
in spite of what some will try and suggest, your jeep already comes with a more than adequate gastank and transfer case skid and they will serve you just fine. however, your oil pan is completely exposed and i would armor that up with an evo protek skid or rancho skid. if you have an automatic, the 2011 transmission sump pan is exposed as well and i would either install a rock krawler hd deep sump pan or evo protek skid to protect it. your evap is better off being relocated than armored up but, i've done neither and in the last 5 years, have only knocked it off 3 times and only had to replace it once.
i've run the rock krawler deep sump heavy duty pan and found it to be a better alternative to a skid plate.

Right lines definitely help :-). My little rubi just loves to run off and play in the rock gardens with its friends :-)
