X2. I didn't have any problems with my lift. Sorry, but doesn't sound like Skyjacker's fault, sounds like you did something wrong.

Looking at the pic now.........

Yep, you messed up.
1) The link goes on the inside of the bar
2) The bolt goes in towards the diff. Just like you have it. That is actually correct.
3) looks like you probably need wheel spacers but should be fine if you just flip the link to the other side.

Too many people blame Skyjacker and Skyjacker gets a bad rap for the entire lift because of a bad idea on a relocation bracket(they do deserve blame for letting that hit the market), however, everything else in their lift is the same as any else's lift that doesn't include adjustable control arms. It's a good lift, just get adjustable track bars and ditch the relocation brackets, like you should with anyone's lift and it'll be great.

Default spacers

I agree move the links, and wheel backspacing, either spacers or diffrent rims, you can get a set of steel rims for about the same price of a spacer. you have a couple of options.

Why did you have to cut off the bolt? The bolt should have went right back in like you had it......head on the outside facing the wheel, nut on the inside.

if you took the wheel off the treaded end of the bolt would have been pointing towards the diff and would have to cut.

No, the bolt should have stayed just like it is in the pic and there would be no problems. It sounds like he moved the link to the inside, but also turned the bolt around where the thread was facing the tire which would have made it be too long, however, if he had of just swapped the link to the inside and left the bolt in the same position, no problems.

In other words, it should look like this................

sorry typo on my end, there was susposed to be a "not" after the word would, i was going for the description in your pic, the way he described it the bolts were the opposite or what you have in your pic, and he needed to turn around like what you have in your pic....yea love this site. the back spacing on your wheels is close to mine if you look at his first post pic his tire is super close and swaping to the inside is the better solution for him(because back spacing)....but if you look at the pic of mine, ignore the broken trac-bar, got the lift befre the put in the re-enforment plate in the kit, broke in the most inconvient place in the rain...hahaha. oh well.. back to the point if you look at mine i have plenty of clearance...no chance while flexing out having the swaybar getting crammed in to the frame and breaking the bolts off or beding swaybar extenion,....

No problem at all. Just figured that I post a pic so he could see how it should look.

Yeah, my PSC's are 3.5" B.S. I haven't ran into a frame contact problem yet, but if so, then I'll change mine to how yours is set up. Sorry to see the rear bracket broken off. Luckily for me, I got adjustable track bars before that happened on mine. So his setup may be better if he just had the wheel backspacing for it.
