Default Skyjacker question...

What is the difference between a standard skyjacker 4 in. Lift and the skyjacker economy 4 in. Lift other than the fact the economy lift is cheaper?

The components.

One has Fixed Lower control arms to adjust the caster, the other has Cam Bolts.

Open the Drivetrain FAQ's and read "what is caster? how much do I need?" And then do a quick search on Cam Bolts. Your other options for caster correction are Drop Brackets (rancho and aev make them, not sure who else), and Adjustable Control Arms.

I would say Junk and more Expensive Junk. You will not find a lot of folks here running Skyjacker. Most folks that purchased it, took it off.

Why don't you let us know what you want to accomplish and we can help you out.

X2, I purchased my JKU and it has a skycrapper lift on it. Shocks were pure s**t, the lift overall is not what I would have bought at all. Let me get my other goodies bought and this lift will be replaced..... just my .02

I'm pretty sure I am going to buy the 3 inch Teraflex standard lift with shocks. Will I have driveshaft problems with this lift? Or any other problems?

As stated above. Stay away from Skyjacker. I am slowly replacing all my components with TeraFlex. Every time I look under my Jeep, another part is bad. So far I have replaced the springs and swaybar links. Just noticed the bushings on the control arms are bad.... it just keeps going....

Expect 4" of actual lift. With an auto, plan on having issues with the front shaft. With a 4door, the rear shaft should be ok.
