Sleeved and gussetted D30 strong enough to rock crawl with 37" tires?

You MAY be OK if you are careful. Many are....and then again, many are not. Driving/wheeling habits WILL be a factor in how your setup will hold up. As stated the D30 diff will be your weak link. Here are some specs for your consideration:
