I am waiting to get the ones AEV is designing, they should be out by 2012. They were the original company to have a body mounted slider way back when, and they have had one of the best out there for the TJ. From what I have hear it will have a step built in about the width of the fender so keep the sides of the Jeep clean. Also they are very good about building in hi-lift jack provisions.

Try the A to Z fabrication Kaje sliders. I put them on about 2 weeks ago. The bolt up nicely despite drilling 4 holes in the pinch seam. They also bolt to the existing body mounts giving you 2 anchor points. I have not done any rock crwaling with them yet. However, after some research they were one of few brands to offer protection with a step. That is one of the reasons I chose them. They are tube construction and seem sturdy as they don't move when you stand on them.

Just one of your many options.

Schrockworks is a great product if you go with frame mounts. I like the frame mount, but as far as protection they are both about equal.
